In Doubles, Mammootty and Nadia Moidu play twin siblings named Giri and Gouri who run an accident rescue unit in Pondicherry. The film marks Nadia’s return to the Malayalam film industry after being away for a while. The film is directed by debutant director Sohan Seenulal and produced by K K Narayanadas under the banner Reels on Wheels. The script is written by Sachi and Sethu, known for their work on films like Chocolate and Robin Hood, and the cinematography is by P Sukumar and the music is by James Vasanthan. Taapsee, who was recently seen in Tamil film Aadukalam, is also part of the cast.
