It seems decks are cleared for the Malayalam superstar Mammooty to act in a Kannada film. According to reliable sources, the mega star of Malayalam cinema is making debut in Kannada film sometime in the early next year.
But the muhurat of the film produced by K Manju is taking place in Bangalore. Abhay Simha who directed children film ‘Gubbachchigalu’ is the director of this Mammooty starring Kannada film.
According to sources, the film will be made in both Kannada and Malayalam. Producer K Manju and director Abhay Simha met Mammooty recently and discussed on the project at Pollachi.
It may be recalled that Mammooty acted with Dr Vishnuvardhana in a Telugu film ‘Kankanam’.
