Nithi Anand
Fathima Ismail, the mother of Mammootty, passed away on April 21 in Kochi after undergoing treatment for age-related causes. Her funeral is scheduled to take place in the evening at Juma Masjid in Chembu, Vaikom, as confirmed by family members.
Fathima Ismail is survived by her sons Ibrahim Kutty, Zakkaria, and daughters Ameena, Sauda, and Shafeena, in addition to Mammootty. Shashi Tharoor, MP, expressed his condolences on her demise through a social media post.
