The Train opens with average responses

Megastar Mammootty’s movie “The Train” was released in 67 centers across Kerala, directed by Jayaraj and co-starring Jayasurya. Mammootty plays the character Kedarnath, a top officer in the Anti-Terrorist Squad. The movie, set against the backdrop of the Mumbai bomb blasts, received an average to good response on its first day. “The Train” features six songs and has a unique narrative structure. It will compete with the dubbed version of the Telugu hit “MagaDheera,” called “Dheera,” which is expected to make a strong impact in the Kerala box office with its visual effects.
